We measure outcomes, not activity. Lines of code, tokens burned, and emails sent are noise. We measure merged PRs, resolved conversations, validated findings, and cost per outcome. If it did not ship value, it does not count.
Every score is explainable. If we cannot show the math behind a number, we do not ship it.
