Provider spend connectors: real dollars, no gateway

If an agent calls a model directly instead of through the gateway, you can still capture the real dollars. On the Connect page, add a read-only credential for Anthropic (Admin Cost Report), OpenAI (Costs API), GitHub Copilot (seat billing & usage), Windsurf, Factory, OpenRouter (a Management key), Amazon Bedrock (AWS Cost Explorer), Azure OpenAI (Cost Management), or Vertex AI (your BigQuery billing export), and Yardstick pulls daily spend as cost events and syncs nightly. Cloud figures are billed dollars from the provider's own ledger. This also powers reconciliation: measured spend versus what the provider actually billed, so Treasury reflects real dollars.
