Merged PRs are one outcome; resolved issues are another finance understands. On the Connect page, connect Linear, Jira, or Zendesk: Yardstick gives you a webhook URL to paste into the tracker, and a resolved issue then becomes an outcome, attributed to the agent whose merged PR closed it (matched by the issue key in the PR). If your team tracks work in GitHub Issues, there is nothing to configure at all: the GitHub App you already installed counts issues closed as completed, and reopening an issue un-counts it. You get cost per resolved issue alongside cost per merged PR. This is deliberately narrow: we measure tickets, not calendars or chat.
Connecting your issue tracker: cost per resolved issue
Link GitHub Issues, Linear, Jira or Zendesk so resolved tickets become an outcome.
